Allison did a great job of learning about what we wanted in a house. She was great with coaching us on offers. She was on top of getting us info on new houses to the market so that we could get showings as quickly as possible. That is what ultimately got us in the right position to buy a house within our budget that we love.

Our experience with Allison (both buying and selling) was exceptional. If 5 stars is considered excellent, we would rate her at a 5+++++. Buying our new home went without a hitch but the sale of our home proved to be a challenge. We went through 4 buyers, each with a separate and unique set of circumstances. Allison guided us expertly, through each of our challenges with the utmost of respect, patience and expertise. We would hesitate to work with any other realtor and would definitely request her for any further real estate endeavors. We would also highly recommend her to anyone seeking a relator.

Allison was prepared to sell my home from our first meeting! She was consistently professional not only in her appearance but in the manner she conducted herself throughout our many meetings and conversations. She was prompt and timely with our meetings as well as with phone calls and/or emails. Selling my home and purchasing a condo was difficult for me and during that time Allison was patient explaining the procedures and very supportive of my decisions without pressuring me.
